Department Vision

The Registration and Student Affairs Department aspires to provide a comprehensive service environment that supports students and meets their academic needs in accordance with ministerial regulations and guidelines. It also seeks to streamline student-related procedures and transition from traditional methods to modern technologies, ensuring a smooth and efficient admission and registration process that contributes to institutional excellence and enhances performance quality.

Mission

The Registration and Student Affairs Department is responsible for managing all student-related matters, whether academic or administrative, from admission to graduation. It continuously coordinates with faculties in alignment with general objectives and societal development needs while implementing decisions issued by higher authorities. The department serves as a vital link between students and the university on one hand and between faculties, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and external entities on the other. It is committed to enforcing ministerial regulations and supervising registration units within faculties to ensure the provision of effective services that support both educational and administrative goals in collaboration with university administration.

  • Safeguard students’ rights in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
  • Develop a comprehensive database of university graduates.
  • Offer advanced registration services using the latest technologies in compliance with official guidelines and regulations.

 



 

Documents Required for Application and Registration:

  1. The student’s National ID card (Unified Card).
  2. The father’s National ID card (Unified Card) or a death certificate if deceased.
  3. Residence card.
  4. Grade verification from the school or a certified copy of the student’s transcript (if available at the time of application).
  5. Institute transcript (if the student is a graduate of an institute and wishes to add extra grades to the admission average).

Documents Required for Enrollment of Accepted Students:

  1. The student’s National ID card (3 copies).
  2. The father’s National ID card (Unified Card) or a death certificate if deceased.
  3. Residence card (3 copies).
  4. A certified transcript addressed exclusively to our college (with 3 copies).
  5. A medical examination report from an accredited health center.
  6. Six recent passport-sized photos.
